Who we are

This website is operated by Life With Hamid For Marketing & PR ("we", "us"), a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under the "Life With Hamid" brand.

Information we collect

When you purchase a product, we (and our payment processor, Stripe) collect information necessary to process your order, including your name, email address, and payment details. We do not store your full card details — these are handled directly by Stripe.

When you request a free guide or join a waitlist, we collect your email address so we can deliver it and, occasionally, tell you about new tools and updates. You can ask us to remove your email at any time.

Cookies and advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to understand which of our ads and posts bring visitors, and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. These record actions on this site, such as pages viewed, starting a checkout, requesting a free guide and completing a purchase, together with technical details such as your IP address, browser type and Meta cookie identifiers. When you request a free guide or buy a product, your email address is converted into a one-way coded form (hashed) before it is shared with Meta. You can control how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and you can block cookies in your browser.

How we use your information

We use your information to: process and deliver your order; send you receipts and order-related communications; respond to support requests; and, where you've opted in, send occasional product updates.

Sharing your information

We share order information with Stripe, our payment processor, solely to process payments, and limited activity data with Meta for ad measurement as described above. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data retention

We retain order records for as long as necessary to comply with our legal and tax obligations.
